Archery Games Providence is a recreational facility located in Providence, RI. We are customer-centric, fun, and engaging, and our goal is to create an action-packed archery experience that is fun for ages 10 and up.

We are seeking an outgoing, engaged and energetic individual to join our team of Activity Coordinators. The Coordinator will greet, train, host, and provide an exceptional archery experience for our guests. 

The ideal candidate for this position should enjoy being around people, and is enthusiastic about creating a memorable, fun, and safe experience for all.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently provide exceptional customer service

• Positive attitude and energy

• Maintains a clean working environment and ensures the presentation of the facility is consistent with standard

• Is fully knowledgeable of products, games, and activities.

• Be presentable, have fun, and help guests to have fun. Put on a good show and train others to do it too!

• Prioritize safety as number 1. Ensures all staff and guests are safe by strictly adhering to safety protocols and practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Retail / Restaurant/ Hospitality experience

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Comfortable hosting and training groups of 6 to 20 people

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Proficient computer skills

• Must be able to work weekends

• Flexible workweek between 10-25 hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
